If you were an ancient Greek, which of the following statements would you agree with?
A) Achilles’ rage is justified and I support his decision not to fight, even if it means the Greeks might lose lots of men, or even the war itself.
This statement is really true and i defiantly agree with it. The reason is is because Briseis is so important to two people, The Greeks and, of course, Achilles. Briseis is like Achilles war prize and if he were to give her back to the priest his
public esteem would just go straight down and that's not what Achilles wants. This leads up to Apollo sending a horrible plague to all the Greeks and ends up killing lots of the Greeks. Though Achilles doesn't care he just wants everybody to remember his name for hundreds of years.
