1. Why should plays, and acting in them be regulated? What is potentially beneficial or harmful from acting in a play?
I BELIEVE that plays and acting and such should be regulated at all. Moving onto the Plato, Plato is saying that plays should be regulated because So I suppose I should say that plays and acting in them should be regulated because Plato says on page 89, " 'And it will also apply to representation; a man cannot play many parts as well as he can one.' " I see it this way that he is showing us that a different man cannot run another mans life. He can only do what destiny has chosen for him. It's also a delusion of one's belief that you are, certainly destined to do one job over another that you were born into. This is just a view of what Plato is saying. I go a new direction.
